I love nature and always feel the enormous amount of energy that it gives me whether it are mountains,woods,waterfalls,oceans or lakes.

No lying at the pool or beach for me

I am a person that wants to see as much as humanly possible in the short time I am in a country or city...:-)
So I'm not really into hanging on a beach or sitting by the pool all day.

Being active

Kayakin in the Bay of Islands (New Zealand)

I also love to be active.
Doing stuff like hiking,rafting,kayaking and more of the same.

I am not really fond of The Netherlands to put it mildly but if I have to choose the city to stay in I WOULD choose Breda.
It is a very old city (1250 city rights) with a nice centre and lots of history.

Besides travelling

Besides travelling music,film,sports and pshygology are important to me too.
I love all different sorts of music depending on the mood I am in so it is hard to name it all here.
Films like JFK,Braveheart,Pulp Fiction are just a few of the different sorts of film I like.
To keep myself as fit as I can I cycle,play soccer,jog,tennis and squash and for the brain I play a descent game of chess...lol.
I am also coach of the soccer youth at my old club which is great work and very rewarding!
