Set in the Neretva Valley, Mostar is a medieval town and is the main town in Hercegovina. A beautiful town with its cobbled streets & Turkish influence. Sadly the ravages of the regions conflicts are still very evident, with many buildings still bearing the scars from intense shelling. On a more positive note, since the completion of Stari Most, the Old Bridge which was detroyed during the war, it seems that more people are venturing back to Mostar.
