The Green: The Green, a place with something else...

Restaurant Name: The Green
The Green is another of my pleasant places to spend a nice Sunday afternoon having some drinks, eating good cuisine and listening some Live music as Jazz at this term. The place has also a summer terrace very cosy and confortable to be you alone or with some friends. It is very close to my actual place so I can pop in whenever I fancy and have a great time there. Besides, it is free entrance, you only paid for what you get. :-) I love it!
Favorite Dish: The Green is a gastro-pub with a fantastic atmosphere, food and drinks. I guess the menu in the restaurant is a bit large that the one served in the pub, but I have been eaten sometime in the pub and they offer nice food too. Can be some nice crepes filled with spinach and ricotta cheese along with some salad, some barbaque chicken style with fries and salad, brunch (early english lunch) served with fried eggs, sausages, fries, beans..... or much more. It depends because they change the menu sometimes which I think is a great idea so you tastes other cusines. Great thing, great experience!

Wagamama: Positive eating

Restaurant Name: Wagamama
Wagamama is a restaurant's chain of Thai food basically, although is possible to find rice, noddles, dumplins and delicious soups and natural juices!!! The food is made at the moment of being serve and it is really healthy. There are several Wagamama restaurants in London and all of them have the same ambience of big tables where normally you share space with other people. There are small tables in some of them but not very common. The service is quick and very friendly. Opening hours: mon-sat 12noon - 11pm sunday 12.30pm - 10.00pm
Favorite Dish: I always started with a carrott and apple natural juice which is very nice. I used to see the recommendations that sometimes are nice, as Thai rice with vegetables.... or some fish with salad and rice a bit spicy, which is nice too. However, my favourite dishes are dumplins and Chicken ramen soup. As dessert, sometimes I have taken the white chocolate with ginger cake [hmmmmm] or a cup of jazmin tea which is Free :-) There are some 'positive menus' which are a good price. £10.00 aprox. The rest depends on you and how hungry you are.... I have attached website where you can find out more about dishes and prices.

Restaurant Name: Cuba Libre & Havana Bar
The Cuba Libre Restaurant & Bar Havana is serving Cuban and South American cuisine. This place is great for just a drink but the food is excellent and cooked to order. There are a wide selection of dishes and that the standard of food is so consistent. It is one of the places to do not miss when you are in Islington. Also, late at night there is dancing in the bar.
Favorite Dish: There is not a fave dish, there are planty of them are good choices and it depends in the taste of everyone. The mojito's cocktail is my favourite drink!

Bistro 1: Mediterranean specialities...

Restaurant Name: Bistro 1
The Bistro is located in Covent Garden district and the restaurant specialises in Mediterranean dishes and it is run by turks. The restaurant in situ is very cosy restaurant of two floor with small tables, candles and very friendly service. Also, in summer they put some tables outside... but I always much prefer having dining inside because the atmosphere is richer and warm. Another good thing of this restaurant is their menu. Great food and amazing value - 2 courses for £7.90 (£5.90 for lunch). Open 7 days a week 12pm-midnight. If you pass by London, try to do not miss it! :-)
Favorite Dish: I always take as starter THE MEZE which is a mix of Humous, Tzaziki, Falafel, dolmades, red beans and salad [very turkish, greek dish]. And as a main course, I used to take THE VEGAN MUSAKA. The Musaka is like the Italian Lasagne, but greek -turkish origin and this vegan is made by potatoes, cougettes and overgines with some white sauce....hmmm delicious! As dessert, one of my favourites: TIRAMISU!!! Delicious...

Restaurant Name: little bay restaurant
The Littlebay restaurant in London NW6 offers a menu for really cheap money compare other restaurant of the same category in this city. They have a menu with several starters and another several main courses. Also delicious dessert and wines! The ambience is very cosy and good set up. The service is really good also.
Favorite Dish: I went witha friend who recommended it to me. She went anpther couple of times and she was always telling me about the good food and not very expensive. We took a read french wine (delicious). As start we asked for 'moules alla mariner' (mussels with white wine and parsley) hmmm very nice. and for main course, I asked small fillet of cod baked in an olive marinade along with a sort of potatoes. My friend took a vegetable pastel which was great taste as well. For desser, we shared a Homemade white chocolate cake.......which was light and smooth. We have paid altogether £31.89 so divided in two, £15. which is a good price for the food quality and quantity. :-)
