Osteria Santo Spirito: A great dinner!

A great dinner on the Piazza. We started with a smoked swordfish carpaccio and a huge plate of fruit (only 9 euros!). Alice had a pasta pomodori, I had the sea bass, Eli had a delicious (though quite rare) steak and Marisa had some sort of chicken salad. All of it was excellent.

Ghiotto: Excellent Tavola Calda!

A Tavola calda (hot table) is not unlike a diner in the US. Good basic food and an extensive menu. As far as I know, they are only open for lunch. Ghiotto's was loaded with locals. Its very close to the San Ambrogio market.

Favorite Dish: I had the gnocchi- very nice. My wife had caponata. The kids both had pollo arrosto (roast chicken). We were all very satisfied. On every table we saw people eating different dishes. The seafood marinara looked great. It was good, cheap and quick!
