Paris, nice but bloody expensive. Was here September 1996 for a few days. Drove over from England, Paris was a 3 hour drive from Calais. We stayed in Bussey St Georges, in between Paris and Disney.

Spent a day in Paris, trying to get our head around the metro. Ended up walking most of the time. Its probably really simple. Saw and did most thing I wanted to see, such as the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, of course. The Mona Lisa (which seemed tiny!) in the Louvre.

And spent a day at Disneyland Paris, watched the parade down Maine Street, Space Mountain, and met Pooh and chums!!
