Anilao, Batangas is a mere 2 1/2 hour trip from Metro Manila. It hosts more than 24 spectacular dive sites. The marine life is rich complete with beautiful corals, nudibranches, gorgonian fans and a lot of different tropical fishes.

View of Sunset is wonderfull.
Priced around US10 per dive, almost can't find such a great deal, except Anilao.
