Sidmouth is a pleasant little town on the East Devon Coast.
The town has a few interesting shops, though clothes shopping is not a real option in this town unless you are over 65!
There is a lovely walk from the town to Jacob's ladder where you will find a sheltered pebble beach.
There is a good restaurant at the Clock Tower
