Hi Dwight Must say we too were at Las Brisas in Oct 2003 and we loved every minute. We stayed 3 weeks great idea at the time bigger wrench to leave cried all the way to the airport - can't win can you? My advice '3 it must be' go for it!!! Good Luck Kate
