if you like animals our zoo might be a place you would enjoy.. Maybe it's not a safari park yet, but many really interesting species live there.. so a few pictures to stimulate your interest.. Every new generation is always cleverer than their parents :-) This little creature has learnt pretty well what to do with a stick. So.. be careful with us Poles.. because even our monkeys are so smart… ;-)

watching the grass growing can also be an activity for some of us.. in the middle of the city, next to the marvelous ancient spot called Ostrow Tumski (one church is visible in the background), one can find one more drop of greenery so typical for this city.. taking a walk in the botanical garden is both a pleasure and adventure.. just a pity.. it's so small... (anyway, too small for me :-) Next to it, there is also a zoological museum available for visitors. this picture is taken in the early spring

I not only like animals, but i loved them. That's why I suggest not to go to the zoos, because as long as there are people paying to see animals suffering in cages, there will be animals kept in cages...suffering. | mikelisaanna Thu May 15, 2008 00:50 UTC

Hi Kasia, how are you? I see you're back in beautiful Wroclaw! I love the Piwnica Swidnicka - we went there often when I visited Wroclaw. And my mom always had lunch there when she was young and worked in the City Hall. This place is ancient tradition :-) | Redang Thu May 17, 2007 18:56 UTC
