La Rumba: US style disco La Rumba Review

Well, It wasnt what I was lookin for. OUr new local friends took us to La Rumba saying that thats a place were locals go. The entrance fee is 10 peso and all drinks are included in price. But... for a dring you wait around 30 min becaus ethere are only two bar tenders serving and all drinks are.. rum with cola, rum with orange, rum with..... no beer.... music I would say American hip hop. Salsa only first half an hour. For me it was waisting a time... but for young party people can be fun... In Cuba I was looking for Cuban music...

Bar Calle 62: Life music and fantastic local dancers

Absolutely fantastic, especially on weekends. Life music, dancing competition. Local Bar on fresh air. People dancing on the street. No entrance fee. Prices affortable. That was my favourite place! Can recommend it to any Salsa lover!
