Im embarassed for the owners of the Roosevelt and the staff they hired. Their events and front desk staff are the rudest ppl ever and deserve to be fired. There are plenty of people looking for jobs and would be willing to apply friendly customer service. | GuthrieColin Thu Feb 5, 2009 04:07 UTC
