I just love them bratwurst, followed by jaegerschnitzel. As for the warm ale... nein, danke.
I had a chance to go join in the celebration of the Berlin Wall coming down in 1990, but I passed it up. This was before I got the penchant for travelling. My friend came back with a piece of the Wall as a memorabilia, while I have nothing to show for.

| | It was a rainy day when I arrived in Francfort. Even though it was dreary, I made the best of it by doing the tourist things and stopping for bratwurst. |

Nemorino Tue Jun 21, 2005 11:54 UTC Warm ale?? I don't know where you could get such a thing here in Frankfurt. Next time you're here, try the local ("national") drink apple wine ("äpplewoi") or a cold Pils. It doesn't always rain here, by the way. Today for example is beautiful! |
