Nice resort with good beaches.

This was my first visit to Calella I was impressed mainly not just a tourist resort but a town that as a feel off Spain.

I liked the narrow streets and the old buildings, and the small square.
The beach seems to go on for ever mainly sand but south off the resort near the light house there are some rocky cove beaches which to me looked fantastic. The first one is used by the nudist but walk past the light house oposite the camp site is the on I liked popular with families also there is a bar/restaurant.

There are lots of shops, a few tobacanist the usual sov shops.
There are some smart restaurants and bars also,

Another good point most off the hotels are in one area and not dotted all over the place mainly to the south off the resort.
With some english bars and restaurants blending in with the hotels.

I enjoyed my short stay and hope to return some day.
