Great tourist attractions Luxors monumental architecture and the way it is preserved makes Luxor one of, if not the greatest tourist attraction in all of Egypt. From the Valley of the Kings to the Temples of Karnak, Luxor has to be the worlds greatest museum!! all under the open sky. There is so much to see and do in Luxor that you need at least a week just to get a feel for the living history of the place. Sometimes the incessant hassle of the street hawkers can get to you but if you are able to put this aside Luxor will "wow you" with the sheer scale of its Obelisks and statues all dedicated to the Pharoahs who constructed them. |
