The Giza Pyramids are incredible. This is one sight I have dreamed of seeing since I was a kid and it did not dissapoint. Standing in the shadow of one of the oldest historical monuments on earth was really breathtaking. I went to the Pyramids 3 times while in Cairo and I never got sick of them.
We ventured down into the Mycerinus pyramid and climbed part way up Cheops. The Sphinx is really cool and the pyramid light show is definatly worth a evening out. |
