and dont go to bukit lawang, because its rebuilt in a very ugly manner (it was almoust compeatly destroyed by a flood), the guids are feeding the monkeys (what results in food-(and tourist-)hunting wild orang utans). go to ketambe. it just opened again and you ll find virgin scenery and friendly people. |
