The Hirosaki Goen is THE PLACE to go to view the Sakuras. Its really beautiful and rather romantic.
You'll see families, friends, neighbours, colleagues all gathering at the park just to relax, sing, dance, drink beer and make merry.
There are even food fairs/stalls all around so you can taste the local food as well.
Pros and Cons
- Pros:You'll experience the real japanese festive culture.
- Cons:Its a hassle to get there as its in a small suburb town.
- In a nutshell:It doesn't last all year around but with each season, a different look. And its a wonderful sight to behold while it lasts
