Stratford-upon-Avon is located in the beautiful rural Warwickshire countryside, on the banks of the river Avon. William Shakespeare's Birthplace

Stratford-Upon-Avon is the birthplace of William Shakespeare. He was born in this house in April of 1564 and it is the most visited of the Shakespearian Properties.

Anne Hathaway House

The second favorite Shakespearian property is the Anne Hathaway House. Before marrying William Shakespeare in 1582, Anne Hathaway lived in what is well known as one of England's most famous buildings. Part of the building dates from the mid-fifteenth century, and some of the furniture belonged to the Hathaways and their descendants. The garden is beautiful and a must see as well.
