Ras Tanura has some beautiful beaches that are a wonderful fun for the whole family! They have these great covered picnic tables for your use scattered along their beaches. Each offering a grill for you to fix up some lunch or dinner! We enjoy coming here on the weekends to spend some quality family time. We spend the day relaxing, swimming in the beautiful aqua waters, builiding sand castles, burying the kids in the sand, and having a picnic. They have facilities where you can spray off the sand and salt water along the beach, as well as some indoors, so you can get a nice shower, clean up, and change your colothes.

If salt water is not your thing, you can always wander up to the pool that they have located at the beach. It offers wonderful views of the beach.

They also have splash and play area's for the kids, with fountains of water spraying out of the ground. They have the time of their life running through these!

There is even playgrounds located along the beach, as well as places to stop in and get something to drink, or a bite to eat!

Patty up some burgers and pack them in the cooler, or whatever else will satisfy your appetite! They have little grills located by covered picnic tables, so that you can enjoy a cooked meal right on the beach! We love to do this and it really adds to our day at the beach. Don't forget the charcoal and the lighter! The commissary sells these great bags that you just light the bag, the charcoal is coated with fluid already, so you are ready to go!

Splash & Play at Ras Tanura Beach

Let the kids splash it up at the splash and play! And if you have a little kid in you still, go ahead and join them! Our kids love to run through the sprays of water that fountain out of the ground! They have the time of their life and it is fun to whatch them and hear their squeals of delight and laughter! These are a wonderful addition to Ras Tanura's beautiful beach!
