Best cost-benefit and other Beijing, China Hotel/Accommodation Reviews

I stayed there for twice: when I arrived in and left China. Service is very good, people are friendly and polite.

Nice international hotel which is the best option for one-day stops, by its location near the airport.

Unique Qualities: The restaurants located in the hotel are very good as well... visit the night club with the excuse to exchange your welcome drink voucher...

The hotel also offers a shuttle bus to and back the city centre every two hours. Another good reason not to spend money on taxis. A ride to city centre can be expensive.

This hotel is located near the Beijing Railway Station. So if you get to Beijing by train, you will probably arrive only two blocks away from this hotel.

It is well located right between the Forbidden City and WTC. So taxis do not cost too much if taken from there.

Accomodations are very comfortable, price is average, breakfest in western style and service is friendly.

Unique Qualities: The hotel offers a health center where you can get body or feet massage. Specially handy when you stay all day long walking.

There is a Tourist information desk where you can get information on tours, exhibitions and shows in Beijing.

Also ATMs (Visa, Master, others) are available in the lobby.

Nice accomodations and a quite sober decoration in this Marriot hotel.

It is located in the same New World Mall complex, being actually one of its towers.

Western and Chinese breakfast are served on the 2nd floor.

For the visitor, it offers one of the best locations, excellent accomodations and facilities.

Unique Qualities: Excellent location between the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven (walk distance of about 20-30 min).

This hotel has nice facilities for the tourist, but the staff could be friendlier and more dedicated to the guest than just following hotel policies and regulations.

Standard rooms are not roomy but they are quite good if you plan to stay the entire day on tour.

Best quality is definitely its location.

Unique Qualities: Well located, both Temple of Heaven and Pearl Market can be reached within walking distance. Chongwenmen subway station right across the street and not far from the Railway Station as well as from the Forbidden City. All this avoiding the rush of the ChangAn avenue, the main east-west avenue in Beijiing.
