A must, if you should choose only one. The most significant of all Paris landmarks, the very it. A chance to challenge your fear of heights. There are three floors. The first is at 57 m., the second at 115m., and the third at 276 m. The top of the aerial is 320 m. above the ground. And on a nice day, you an see from the top of the platform, the whole of Paris and even the distant suburbs. When you one time go there for seeing the Eiffel Tower i think you should go to the highest level. When you´re finally there it´s gorgeous... I just loved the look over Paris! (Just remember to wear a lot of clothes, cause it´s colder than you think and when i was there it was really windy... brrr.....)

Offers Parisian glitz and glamour as you might expect it. The Avenue des Champs-Elysées is probably the most famous avenue in the world. This impressive promenade stretches from the Place the la Concorde to the Place Charles de Gaulle, the site of the Arc de Triomphe. (I didnt think the Champs Élysée would really be a so long avenue but it was a great seeing.) Along the broad sidewalks you'll find the Lido cabaret, the belle époque Claridge Hotel, cinemas and expensive cafés and luxury shops (i got surprised when i looked in the shop-windows.... beautiful clothes but also very expensive!:) ) To mention some; Lacoste, Gap, Solaris, Guerlain.... You will also find Planet Hollywood on the Champs Élysée:)

Raised over command of Napoleon Ier, the Arch of Triumph dominates the Avenue of the Champs-ElysÈes. It is possible to reach the roof of the monument. The perspective of The Louvre - Concorde Square - Grand Arch of Defense is superb. It's one of the most beautifull panorama of Paris. The arch is 50 meters high, 45 meters wide, and 22 meters thick and is decorated with low relieves which evoke the battles of the French first Republic and Empire periods (1789-1815). Under the arch, the Unknown Soldier Tomb can be found (a soldier of the First World War).

The Louvre Museum is one of the world's largest (more than 75000 paintings) and best-known museums of fine art. The international reputation of the museum of the Louvre sometimes makes forget that at his origin it was conceived to be a Palace. In 1989, famous glass Pyramid, designed by the Chinese-American architect Ieoh Ming Pei became the new entrance to the museum. So big that you'll have to spend a week in here to see a fraction of it all.

The Notre-Dame Cathedral, on the ‘le de la CitÈ, an island in the Seine River that is the original birthplace of Paris. The cathedral is almost nine hundred years old. The edifice is public property; however, daily services are still held within. You can visit the interior, climb the towers. Difficult to do better to appreciate the roofs of historical Paris and also the gargoyles and chimeras, sculptures representing imaginary or monstrous animals laid out on both sides of the gallery connecting the two towers.
