No Rest in Cabo

Sunrise at the Cape
When I think of flying to another country and laying out on the beaches, Cabo is nowhere near the top of the list. Though there are some nice, relaxing resorts in the Cape area, most of them are in the "corridor" between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. Cabo itself is nothing more than a fishing and partying town.

No that there is anything wrong with that!

I love fishing and partying. It's just that as far as these pages go, drinking and fishing are tough on the camera. So, no Ansel Adams skills here. I'm lucky that I have a few photos to document my trips here.

El Squid Roe

Party time!

So, during the daytime it's all harmless fun and games. Hanging out at the beach, eating nasty shrimp tacos and drinking a "few" Coronas. Going for a swim or maybe a parasail. You know, just keeping it under control.

Go back to the hotel for a little siesta.

Later in the evening you go out for dinner. If your smart, you'll head over to Mi Casa, one of the best in restaurants in Cabo; real Oaxacan food. Terrific! Your feeling good, no worries, you're in paradise! Later it's off to El Squid Roe, where after a short time your hanging upside-down doing Mezcal shots from a tequila bong! Lights out time, baby!
ohhh, my head...and more!

Reality Check

Next mornings 5am wake-up call comes a little too early. But a little coffee and you're good to go. No way. Forget about it! Deisel exhaust and the rolling sea conspire to put your partying a** down for the count!

This is my typical Cabo trip!
