Pattaya is a good place to go if you want some beach and party life and not go too far from Bangkok. It can be reached from there by bus in 2-3 hours. Of course Pattaya has accomodation for every budget, and restaurants for every nationality! Prostitution was widespread and might be a bit shocking at the beginning (even if you are a couple, they try to get the man into one of the many bars) but we met some very nice girls in a bar who took us to a good disco where we really spent a great night. If there hadn't been that terrible hangover the next day..... |
