Mandalay at Fortune Resort Bay: The Breakfast has 42 options!

I had many meals in this restaurnat during my four days stay at Fortune Resort Bay. Since, most of the guests stay there on American Plan basis, the food is always unlimited and at dining hall and at dining space in open air. You also have the option to order a la carte meals of your choice. Mandalay is a multi cuisine restaurant, serves Indian, Chinese, European, Mexican food of your choice made by master chef.

Their breakfast is on the house and has 42 different varieties of helping both vegetarian and non- vegetarian, with fruits, fruit juices, International and Indian.

Favorite Dish: I had many types of foods right from Indian, European and Mexican. But I really freaked out on Malabar Chicken and Chettinad Chicken. The chef is from Chennai and can cook any meal in a jiff. At my request, he cooked Chettinad Chicken for dinner one day which all the guests appriciated very much. The menu used to change every day.

We visited twice this place during our 4 days stay there, once for tea and for lunch when our flight was delayed for more than two hours on 13th August. The Indian lunch served by them was just superb and cooked very quickly. On 10th evening also we came to visit this property and had tea.

Favorite Dish: The Indian lunch of Chicken curry, rice and accompaniments. It was a superb meal as I wanted to be light before I boared in for two hours flight.
