The three of us together in Paris, France to celebrate the July 14th National Holiday.
Paris, France
I love Paris!!! Been there 8 times; it's an exciting city. Shopping is wonderful; so much to see and do. The train/subway system is the only way to go.
Pros and Cons
- Pros:shopping; sightseeing; train/subway system; cafes
- Cons:Traffic can be a little crazy; parking almost impossible to do
- In a nutshell:One day is not enough in Paris; there is so much to see

Glad you enjoyed your eight visits to Paris! You say "parking almost impossible" and that's no accident. The current mayor got elected by promising (among other things) to eliminate all free on-street parking. (Elected 2001, re-elected 2008.)
Hello cynthia! Lovely little page on Paris! Happy birthday from Finland, Sini
I, too, love Sacre Coeur and always take the steps - just makes the view that much more worth it! Nice info about this area!
I was in paris same time last year, small world, getting smaller by theday, great pages.I used the lift up to Sacre Couer !!!
Great photos, sounds like you really enjoyed Scre-Coeur!
I'm soooo envious..., 8 times to my measly 1. Life just isn't fair! lol! Gr8 updates so please let me know when you add more my friend Cindy!
You have been here 8 times. How fortunate you are. I have only been once but it is my favorite city of all that I have visited.
Romantic Paris, yes I did climb the stairs and had to sit down for 5 minutes afterwards, but it was worth it. Busy learning French for my visit next year so that I will have a better experience than the previous one.
You obviously love Sacre Couer so you have good taste. Thanks for the great photos. If the steps get too much, I think there is a funicular for a few euro. Happy Travels from another lover of Paris.
A city not to live in, but to visit as many times as you can...:-)
