I've been to Edinburgh a long time ago, but up to now I cannot forget the impression this view left on me.
We arrived in Edinburgh very late at night, due to some problems with the train and went to the Hotel without seeing much of the city. We were tired and hungry
When I woke up next morning, the view of the Castle just popped up into my sight .... dramatically atop the castle hill. It was love at first sight.
I'm here having a great time browsing all these old pics that are bringing back lots of great memories and also having some pain... scanning the pics and finding out the results are not that good...
Edinburgh is a beautiful place, full of history, art, whisky, ghost stories and kind people.
An easy to walk by and difficult to forget place.

Great page! I have childhood friends from Edinburgh and I was always curious about this place because they showed me so many pictures!! Your opening picture is gr8 and I appreciated your thoughts on it :-) Whiskey could help with the cold too I think! |
