Parc in Monaco

If you stay in the eastern Provence you can easily go to Monaco. Here you see a beautiful parc next to the sea.

Cassis

If you drive just outside Cassis you will find this deserted beach with the nice Calanques.

Mont Ventoux

The Mont Ventoux is indeed a very windy mountain. It is famous for the Tour the France.

It is quite scary to drive on the mont ventoux. The roads are small and there is often no crash barrier.

Bring warm clothes, even if it's very hot down the mountain

Pont du Gard

Allthough it is a little touristy it is nice to walk on the Pont du gard.

Les Baux de Provence

An old building on a rock with a view over the hills of the Provence (Alpilles).

Eat pizza in Italy

When you're in the eastern Provence it's nice to drive to Italy to eat a pizza and drink a cappucino.

Menton

Right before the Italian border you will find Menton, a nice little city.

It is fun to drive beside the see.

Le Musee oceanographique Monaco

The famous aquarium of Jacques Cousteau is absolutely worth to visit. The building itself is very beautiful and there are a lot of different fishes.

The entrance fee is quite expensive.

St Tropez

Since I found Cannes a big disappoint I wondered how I would like St Tropez. But actually I liked St Tropez!

Hotel and cafe le Paris in Monaco

If you're in the eastern Provence you can easily go to Monaco.

Have a drink at the terrace of Cafe le Paris, right beside the casino and watch all the Ferraris, Porches and Rolls Royces drive by.

Warning: it is very very expensive to have a drink here, but I think it is a great experience.
