Benidorm is located on the Costa Blanca in Spain, it is a huge resort very popular with Brits.....I was not so keen on this resort, it reminded me of Blackpool in the sun!! It doesnt really have any character, is full of British bars and restaurants!
The old town is very pretty, but the main tourist area is streaming with Union Jacks and tacky souvenir shops.
There are two beaches here, both are very clean, the Poniente is located in the Old Town area and is much quieter, Levante is in the main hotel district - both sandy. |
