Chobe National Park Travel Guide: 97 reviews and 384 photos

Chobe National Park sits not far over the Zimbabwean border in the north of the country.
During our short stay here we stayed in Kasane, which is the major town for these parts with all of the services you could imagine.

Chobe was a short drive from Kasane, and we spent a day there exploring what the park had to offer - and of course spotting literally herds of elephants.

After our Safari visit in Chobe National Park, we headed back to Kasane and spent the evening on the Chobe River on a sunset boat cruise.
One of the highlights of my entire trip - even if you dont get into Chobe Park get onto Chobe River.

Wow...just wonderful following your narrative Chobe safari. It must be exciting to see the animals for the first time in person. Thanks for sharing.
