Informative page! Maybe it is interesting to visit the region again and see what has changed since my visit in 1993
I plan to go from Kaliningrad to Poland. We will be driving a rental car with Lithuanian plates. Do you know if there is a way to pay a 'fee' to speed up the process at the Russian border, since I have heard that the wait can be terrible. Carl
