Friendly, helpful staff. Good location near to the great restaurants in New Jerusalem. Free wi-fi in the breakfast room, and in the lower rooms (but not on the higher floors).

Clean, but scruffy. On a quiet side street, but the noise from the busy King George Street can be heard, as can the cars coming out of the car park opposite, and there is no double glazing. Views are of a garbage filled parking lot. Quite expensive for what you get, compared to European standards, but the rest of New Jerusalem is expensive too, so it might be about right. Heating inadaquate in winter.
