| | Feelings of Nostalgia yet again... 03 February 2006 :: Another while, another trip and back in the sun, the heat and the fun that is Sydney in Summer!! Arrived home a month ago having visited Thailand and Malaysia in December. Second xmas and new years away from home =( This year perhaps another holiday away in the States.
And yes the trip was as depicted below with the exception that Koh Samui was flooded!!! Dear lord very delayed wet season indeed!!! Nonetheless proved to be the most memorable highlight of the trip traversing around the island on songtaos, on foot and on motorcyle. Bangkok, despite the scorching heat and smog provided something different. The food, the shopping, the temples, the gorgeous people, busy and lively. The land of smiles indeed. A tuk tuk was a notable end to a night out. Langkawi provided the best and 1 of only 2 days spent lazying by the water @ the beach. Snorkelled, scuba-dived, jet skied, and yes took a thrilling ride on the dreaded banana boats. Penang was indeed the 5 star luxury that we indulged in. KL was very much about the shopping, the eating, the shopping and more eating. The Petronas Towers too featured prominantly.
13 October 2005 :: Boy it's been a while. As the title suggests, this summer is set to rock as Asia awaits my imminent arrival 1 Dec. Touchdown in KL then straight onto another headed to Bangkok for 2 nights. From here, I head to Koh Samui for 5 nights then back to KL through Phuket. From our base in KL we venture onto Langkawi and Penang. The trip so far looks like this...
Sydney >> KL >> Bangkok >> Koh Samui >> Phuket >> KL >> Langkawi >> Penang >> KL...
Any suggestiong for New Years?
O yes I did graduate too!! =P
May 2005 :: It's been 2 months since Jie and I arrived home in 'O So Sunny Sydney'. Was an unforgetable 3 month long trip around Europe. Tiring at times but all the more fantastic visiting more than 30 cities across 13 countries! Spent the remainder of our trip eating and drinking our way through Central Europe! Fond memories indeed!
Will be sure to update piccies, tips, etc when time permits!

| | It's all about me! Me being a 21 year old residing in Sydney, Australia, a must visit for anyone conquering the globe!
Set to graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce (International Business & Marketing) from the University of New South Wales within a matter of months! Yikes! Where upon I'll find myself thrust into the real world amongst a constant pool of graduates. Lovely thought indeed!
However amidst all the study and casual work in retail, forever dreaming of the next big trip. Any trip really =P
Fond memories of Europe Winter 04/05 remain. The snow, the food, the vino, tapas, the marzipan!! oh the ghoulash!! and the people and many friends made of course! Hope to get some travel pages up so bear with me.
In the meantime, feel free to drop me a line on anything! More than welcome...
Cheers,

| Schloss Neuschwanstein, Fussen :: Germany |
| | Seen any fairytale castles recently? Why yes! The stuff that fairytales are made of! Quite literally yes! In fact, the exact castle that inspired Walt Disney's Cinderella Castle |
| | Outside the fast lane Every bit as magnificant inside as it looks outside! |
Life is Rich Where life indeed is rich! Just as the poster says! The playground of the rich and famous where the rich come to play and the poor come to lean back againt the water! =P |
