Getting TO/AROUND: I'm from CT so I've spent plenty of time in NYC. The difference between the taxi drivers there and in Vegas is that the latter know how to drive! Taking a taxi in NYC is downright dangerous! I never got taken for a "ride" and they didn't drive like crazy people! English speaking is also a plus. Tip: if you are catching a taxi outside of a hotel; you can't just grab a cab, you have to talk to the guy in the monkey suit. You'll see what I mean!
