Sharm Taxis

The Taxis here are great they drive around like there on a racing course, they hoot there horns and flash there lights so other drivers move out of the way and then overtake.

They dont always drive with the lights on as they believe it runs the batterie down.

When getting a taxi make sure to haggle a price our rep told us that it only cost 40 Egp for them to fill up on fuel approx £4.00. So bear that in mind when getting in, we usually paid 30 Epg and no more, when leaving Naama bay some try and get 50 Egp.

There is a sticker quoting prices on the window of the taxis check that out if your not sure.

Hotel Free Mini Bus

The Hotel provide a free bus for all its guest, the bus does trips to the local beach 5 or 6 times a day and also a daily trip to the beach in Old Sharm.

In the Evening the bus goes to the Old Market Town and then later on from 8.30pm goes to Naama Bay up to 11.30pm with the last bus back at 12 midnight.

When getting on the 8.30pm bus in to Naama Bay make sure to get there 10 - 15mins before as sometimes it gets very busy and not all the guest have any manners an will push straight past you to get on.
