Wow! I love those trees with the red blooms! Here is a picture of a beautiful island I took on the boat ride back from the Nubian village to Aswan. |
|  | Boat Trips out from Aswan We took several boat trips out from the city of Aswan, and I was never sure if I was still in Aswan or not! So, I thought I'd build a page for the bigger region. This is a picture I took from one of the boat trips of a water buffalo tied up along the banks of the Nile. Our guide said many liked to drink the sweet milk of the water buffalo, but I didn't get a chance to try any. |
