Wow! Look how pretty the Temple Island is! This is a shot of the island on the boat ride back to the mainland. This temple was actually originally built on an island just a little ways away. We looked at the spot from the island... The entire temple had to be moved when the Aswan dam was built and dammed up the Nile River. They did an excellent job of moving the temple!! |
