Exploring in Wilsons Promontory National Park

A couple hour drive took us from Melbourne down to Wilsons Promontory for a relaxing weekend. The weather turned out to be beautiful in late Sept/early Oct. Wilsons Promontory is the southernmost tip of mainland Australia. The park has a lot of hiking and several pretty beach areas. You could spend a lot of days here if you brought your tent! I was interested in seeing the lighthouse out on the tip, but not after I read it was a 19k hike one-way! I will just have to look for some pictures of it :) But there was also a nice variety of short hikes and easy access to the beaches!
