A Heavenly Night's Sleep in Vegas and other Las Vegas, NV Hotel/Accommodation Reviews

Once again, Starwood members rejoice... the Heavenly Bed has made its way to Vegas. The Westin Causarina has a very small casino, so you do not have to spend hours wading through the smoke and slot sounds to get to your night's accomodations. I highly recommend this option for those visitors who are in Vegas on business.

It is a central location right next to Bally's and the Flamingo, so you are right on the strip pretty much!

One of the newest hotels on Las Vegas Blvd. (aka the Strip) is the Paris Hotel, which is owned by Caesar's Worldwide. As one of the newest megaresorts on the Strip, Paris Las Vegas is an unbelievable site, and really is designed as a one stop shop, a virtual city within the city of Las Vegas.

Shopping, gambling, eating, its own mall, and entertainment make this a self sufficient economy on its own.

Mandara Spa is excellent for relaxation or massage, outside is a wonderful pool, and French themed casino decoration puts you in the mood for the City of Light.

The Paris Las Vegas also has a station on the Las Vegas Monorail, which quickly gets you between hotels.

I am writing this tip in memory of the Aladdin, as this hotel was recently purchased by Planet Hollywood, and will be renovated in the next couple of years. Although there have been no firm dates, this will certainly begin its process in the near future. Sad to see it go, especially considering it was just rennovated to the new Aladdin in 2000!
