San Diego is a wonderful place to visit

San Diego Skyline
As a former Californian, there was always a debate on whether Northern California or Southern California was the better to visit. I think my favorite city is by far San Diego.
Book cover of the Historical Gaslamp Qtr. book

Gaslamp District

Alot of people that travel rate their experience on the nightlife that they can experience in a city. San Diego puts together a small town service in a metro city setting with the Gaslamp District.

Art, food, and now the brand new baseball stadium all fill this portion of downtown with plenty to do!

I highly recommend this site:

Beautiful skyline pic. Thanks for the Todai review, it is always good to hear about poor restaurants as well as good ones. I aught to do that more often. All good, informative restaurant reviews, thanks.

Have managed to avoid Hooters thus far, but I hear they have good wings ;-) Will be stopping by SD later this month, unfortunately not on a business expense account so no Westin for me...

Beautiful photo of San Diego. Went there once a month for six months while I was in Long Beach. My mother lived there for 40+ years. I love LaJolla.
