Sarah and I were in the Taupo Region for a little less than a Day on our way from Rotorua to Tongariro National Park. The view was beautiful, and we wish we had more time in this area!

My uncle lives at Taupo. Beautiful views of the mountains from his house. Many years ago Huka Falls had a swing bridge across it, I was always terrified when walking across it.
