Getting TO/AROUND: Geelong has a major history as a port for the travellers on their way to Victoria from all parts. If you are interested in the historical voyages made, you may look into the timetable for the tall ship, James Craig. The James Craig has a history with Victoria, visiting for its first time in 1892, while it was a mere teenager.
James Craig is the only 19th century iron barque still operational in the southern hemisphere and one of only four in the world; a great testament to the dedication of the Sydney Heritage fleet and the many people involved in the restoration since 1972.
The ship will join Polly Woodside in Victoria as the property of the National Trust of Australia.
She will actually have passenger berths, so check out the website!
