    The Gold Coast is one of the fastest growing beach communities in Australia, and with all of the people populating this hot spot for vacation or relocation, there are many activities you can do. One of those is to take a walk, or even jog out on the beach. Surfer's Paradise is a popular stretch of beach for such activities, and in general it is very safe.

    Even in the dead of winter, Sarah and I felt perfectly comfortable walking along the beach, although I did not bring my sandals, so I ended up with a bit of sand in my socks!
