Great Place to go You will love St Thomas-Most of the comforts of home with no worries. It is always great to come back. We fell in love with the Virgin islands on our first visit. we went back in March and now l go back every July. It is a bit cooler in the spring and the water is more active. There were also some jellyfish that we did not experience during the summer. There are also fewer people-what a shame! I look forward to lazy days in the hammock and floating in the pool. In the srping one has to judge which days are best for shopping according to when the ships come in - on a busy day there can be 14 ships but by the middle of the afternoon things settle down. One of our favorite things to do is head to the Greenhouse in the middle of town on the water and people watch while we enjoy the 2 for one drinks and reduced price appetizers - makes a cheap dinner and the people are the free entertainment! |
