OK, i know you cant exactly travel from A to B on a camel, but you have to give it a go, whether you are young or old its definately an experence not to miss! Its alittle (ok a lot!) scary when the camel gets up and down, but you cannot go to Egypt and not have a go on a camel!

Local Taxis

the best way to get around Sharm without a shadow of a doubt is by local taxi! Just be sure to confirm a price BEFORE you get in! you may have to haggle ( hehe! ok ok you WILL have to haggle!) If you're not sure how much a journey should cost, ask someone in your hotel, they know the rough amount you should be looking for. The taxi drivers are very friendly, although let me warn you that I never travelled in one taxi that would have passed a UK MOT! and I never met a driver that had ever taken a test of any kind! But they are the best, maybe even the only way to get around!
