Wherever we went in Thailand, there was something amazing to see. Happy people amidst such hard times, beautiful lush Jungles and beaches to die for!
Okay so they're not all cute and cuddly but they are spectacular as we dont have them here in the UK! We came across Elephants, Lizards , Flying lizards, fireflies, beautiful butterflies, Gibbons, and beautiful fish if you choose to go snorkelling.
I Loooooove the Thai food, they never quite make it as hot as I would have liked, maybe thats a good thing! None of my family had a bad stomach while we were there, just lots and lots of lovely Thai food! They do cater for Europeans/Children, but even the kids tried a lot of the local food and loved it, especially the fruit juices and barbequed food!
- Pros:warm, friendly, peaceful and cheap!
- Cons:not enough holiday ime to go there more often!
- In a nutshell:All you want from a holiday in one small place

Happy Birthday...enjoyed your pages..... have a great time celebrating.
I love Rawai Beach. When I've been there I haven't see any food other than pork gut sausages (small round ones) being cooked. I'd love to find your bbq!
