Buckinghamshire Restaurant Tips by clairegeordio

This restaurant is in the centre of Wendover, a small town at the north of the Chiltern hills. The restaurant had tasteful decor and was fairly spacious and had a relaxed rustic charm to it. The menu had a good choice.
For starter i had mussels in cider and cream sauce, for main course, lamb with a bearnaise sauce on a bed of spinach with sauteed potatoes (large) and a raspberry cream dessert - all of which were delicious.
The service was excellent showing particular concern to my husband's dietary requirements and as the food is freshly made they could alter it to his needs.
On selected Fridays there is a jazz trio playing there.
