TRAVEL STORIES

Italy!
I travelled through Italy!

On april 28 I embarked on my most exciting journeys to date. I was going to go to Italy. How many times have I dreamt of visiting that country.

I started in Venice where I spent four days. Venice is absolutely beautiful! It was like in a dream. Everything was like I thought it would be, but nothing more then that though.

Next I went to Florence. I took the train and when I arrived I was so lost! But Florence in also beautiful.

Next stop: Pisa! Well, to be honest Pisa is nothing special. Apart from the tower there is nothing else! I was really bored there (plus it was well over 100 degrees) so I just went home.

Next I went to Rimini with couple of friends and I spent couple of days just relaxing and having fun.

I then finished this adventure by going to Rome. It is beautiful, unfortunetly I was tired and I really just wanted to go home to Iceland!

Maybe one day I will post more tips and photos from Italy!

Ciao Stefan! Certainly Florence, Venice, and Rome are special cities! My favorite was Rome-molto bella! Italians I found are not really rude, just a bit brusque cos they don't wish to waste time I guess. Lovely Florence pic!
