Kauai is mesmerizing

Our last stop on our Hawaiian vacation was Kauai. This is a quiet island that offers beautiful views and calming gardens. So far, I find this the best island in Hawaii.

Typical of the garden island - fields of the local staple Taro. Aka Poi. I find it disgusting since I first thought I was taking a spoonful of chocolate pudding and got this bland paste. But, to each his own.
