We try to come back to Hawaii every couple of years. It draws me there, and this feeling is so hard to explain unless you have found a place that calls to your heart as well. I avoid touristy sights, don't take tours and enjoy the tranquility of the north shore beachs. |

| | Pearl Harbor When I lived here in the 80's, I went to Pearl Harbor often. Not usually to site see, but chasing the 1000's of young military men! Times have changed! When I visited Pearl Harbor in 2002 it had a whole new meaning - those young men sacrificed their lives and I appreciate it now that I am an adult. |
