We wanted to see a smaller French town than Paris so we took the train to Rouen. Our main focus was to visit the Joan D Arc museum. The museum was small but quaint, with lots of life size diaramas dipicting the upbringing, the trial and eventuel burning at the stake. I thought it was very well done. The whole time we were in there no one else came in. We then walked across the plaza d marche to see the Pilory where she died. |
